Casual Coaching Staff Required
LCFC in the Community is looking to recruit enthusiastic and dynamic level 1 and level 2 coaches to deliver its exciting new education projects around Leicestershire.
The candidates must hold a minimum and up to date Level 1 or Level 2 qualification. Coaches will be required to work across the city and county delivering a high standard of work in our Schools Programme, Holiday Courses and Education Projects. This may include working evenings and weekends as well as during curriculum time.
The successful candidates will need to have the following attributes:
Ability to work as part of a team.
Enthusiasm to improve and develop young players whilst creating a safe and fun environment.
Excellent organisation skills and a good understanding IT.
The ability to demonstrate and have an understanding of the learning styles of young players.
Excellent communication skills.
Suitable candidates will not only meet the minimum expected level of qualification but will be able to demonstrate the attitude and behaviour necessary to work with children of all ages and abilities within the city and county.
The successful candidates will be required to undergo a comprehensive screening process through the Disclosure and Barring Service. (DBS)

Youth Recruitment Officer (Players aged 14 years upwards)
With an established track record in Youth Development the Leicester City Football Club Academy are seeking a full time Youth Recruitment Officer as part of the on-going long term football development strategy.
The Club is seeking to recruit a well organised and motivated professional, with extensive knowledge of football and player recruitment to identify and assess players at elite level aged 14 years and upwards. This role is a permanent position with an attractive remuneration package which will reflect the skills and background of the successful candidate and will be based at the Club’s state of the art Training Facility.
Main duties will include:
To work alongside the Academy Recruitment Officer to ensure the player recruitment strategy is consistent across all phases.
To identify and assess players at elite level both nationally outside of Leicestershire and where appropriate, internationally for age groups: U15, U16, U18 & U21.
To manage a network of scouts in accordance with the Clubs Talent Identification player profiles and philosophy.
Candidates need to:
Have extensive knowledge of football and player recruitment and be able to demonstrate a proven track record.
Hold a minimum of the FA Talent ID Award.
Have excellent organisational, communication skills (oral and written), IT and reporting skills with an emphasis on attention to detail.
Must be driven and enthusiastic whilst able to work within a team to attain the KPI recruitment targets.
Be prepared to work unsocial hours and perform direct scouting in evenings and over weekends with the ability to travel.
Have a good understanding of children’s welfare and safeguarding aspects.
Possess a full clean driving licence.
Suitable candidates will not only meet the minimum expected level of qualification but will be able to demonstrate the attitude and behaviours necessary to work in this player centred learning environment and be prepared to work at times unsocial hours including evenings and weekends in line with the delivery of the recruitment programme.

MATCHDAY STEWARDS
Would you like to improve our standards of stewarding on a matchday and make our Stadium an even safer place for supporters to visit?
Do you have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, combined with a polite and courteous manner? If you can cope in stressful situations in a calm and professional manner we want to hear from you.
RESPONSE TEAM STEWARDS
You will be responsible for carrying out search duties, pre-event checks, evacuation procedures and the ejection of spectators. You must have a strong character and have first class communication/interpersonal skills.
SAFETY STEWARDS
As a matchday Safety Steward you will direct members of the public both entering and leaving the King Power Stadium, patrol sections of the ground and deal with any problems that arise. Duties also include manning entrances, exits and other strategic points to ensure the safety and control of the public before, during and after the game.
GATE STEWARDS
You will be responsible for manning all exit gates in order to stop people from entering the stadium without authorisation. This is required before and during a match.
