Loyalty Points – What Do They Mean?

All points that have been accumulated by supporters from the beginning of the 2012/13 season onwards and will continue to be used for ticket eligibility for all future away fixtures. 

No points will be reset to zero. 

Loyalty Points – How Do I Get Them? 

Only current Season Ticket Holders and Fox Club members are eligible for Loyalty Points and have these used as the basis for securing tickets for away fixtures this season. 

For the 2014/15 season, Loyalty Points have been distributed to the following groups: 

2014/15 Season Ticket Holders: 50 points 

2014/15 Gold & Family Members: 30 points 

2014/15 Silver Members: 20 points 

2014/15 City Members: 10 points 

Loyalty Points have also been added to your account if you were: 

2013/14 Season Ticket Holders: 50 points 

2013/14 Half Season Ticket Holders: 30 points 

2013/14 Any Fox Club Member: 10 points 

Do I Get Loyalty Points For Attending Games? 

As a Season Ticket Holder or Foxes Club Member, you will be given 1 loyalty point for every away fixture you have attended since the beginning of the 2012/13 season, whether that was a league or cup fixture (friendly fixtures do not apply). 

This means that your Loyalty Points balance will continue to increase for every away game you attend this season. 

Here is an example of how you may have achieved your Loyalty Points balance: 50 points because you are a Season Ticket Holder this season PLUS 50 points because you were a Season Ticket Holder last season PLUS 4 points because you attended 4 away games last season PLUS 2 points because you have attended 2 away games this season.

This means that your current Loyalty Points balance is 106 points.

What If I Haven’t Renewed My Season Ticket or Membership? 

Our sales criteria for away ticket purchases is based around current Season Ticket Holders and Fox Club members. 

As a supporter who did not to renew this season, you will not lose the Loyalty Points you had already accumulated but you will only be able to purchase tickets after current Season Ticket Holders and Fox Club members have had the opportunity to do so.
