Guidance Marine Treat Youngsters

To kick-start their half-term, the 7-13 year olds experienced expert coaching and football fun at our popular two day coaching courses with the highlight being player visits from Conrad Logan, Chris Wood and David Nugent across Leicestershire. 

The week was then completed as they visited King Power Stadium to witness City’s 3-0 win over Ipswich Town and maintain their eight point lead at the top of the Sky Bet Championship. 

Before the game all attending were able to meet and have photographs with current England internationals and Birmingham City Ladies stars Remi Allen and Kirsty Linnett, who were here to represent the 2nd annual Girls Awareness Fixture. 

Guidance Marine also treated their family and employees to a number of activities during their matchday, which started off with a coaching session delivered by the Leicester City Community Trust, involving skills, games and competitions. 

Following the coaching session, they were then able to enjoy food and soak up the pre-match atmosphere ahead of the game in our Family Stand. 

And to top the afternoon off, all involved were able to take part in our half-time parade around the King Power Stadium pitch before Nigel Pearson’s side sent everyone home happy with a 3-0 win over the Tractor Boys.
