Fanzone At Jubilee Square For FC Porto Fixture

Foxes fans and FC Porto supporters are encouraged to visit a special fanzone at Jubilee Square, which opens at midday today. 

Ahead of the first ever UEFA Champions League game to take place in Leicester, a special fanzone in Jubilee Square has been created to welcome visiting FC Porto supporters to the city – with Foxes fans encouraged to visit the area too. 

Opening at midday right up until the fixture's 7.45pm kick-off, the Jubilee Square fanzone will host a range of entertainment including live music and street artists, while there will also be a big screen showing highlights of the Foxes’ title-winning season. 

The large screen will also show video content provided by FC Porto, while there will be the chance for supporters to purchase food, drink and official Leicester City merchandise with a range of retail units available and FC Porto’s season. 

Throughout the day, visitors to the Jubilee Square fanzone will have the opportunity to have their faces painted in team colours, while stilt walkers in FC Porto and Leicester City kits will be helping to create an entertaining, family atmosphere ahead of kick-off. 

Supporters are encouraged to visit the fanzone to meet with FC Porto supporters and to soak up the matchday atmosphere ahead of a historical night, which will see the Foxes play their first ever UEFA Champions League fixture in the City.
