LCFC Plan Further Tributes To King Of Thailand

Leicester City Football Club will pay its respects to the late King of Thailand this Saturday, in a show of unity and support for the Club’s owners and the Thai people.
The Premier League visit of Crystal Palace will be the Club’s first home league match since the passing of King Bhumibol Adulyadej last Thursday.
The world’s longest-reigning monarch, His Majesty was widely loved, revered and admired in the homeland of Leicester City’s owners, the Srivaddhanaprabha family.
As they did for the away game at Chelsea last Saturday, City’s players will wear black armbands this weekend for the Crystal Palace fixture.
Due to UEFA regulations, any on-field activity, including the wearing of black armbands, will not be permitted for Tuesday night’s UEFA Champions League fixture against F.C. Copenhagen.
A book of condolence will be opened at King Power Stadium from 12pm on Friday 21 October and the Club would like to invite supporters to leave their names before Saturday’s game. The book will be available for supporters to sign in normal working hours (9am until 5.30pm) but only from 8am until 11am on Saturday.
Once again, the Directors, management, players and staff of Leicester City Football Club extends its deepest sympathies to the Thai people during their period of mourning.
