Claudio Ranieri is confident that the trio of Jamie Vardy, Wes Morgan and Andy King will all be available for Saturday’s King Power Stadium clash with Crystal Palace.

The Foxes return to Premier League action against the Eagles after a 1-0 UEFA Champions League success on Tuesday night, and the boss is keeping a close eye on the fitness of his squad.
City will definitely be without the services of Papy Mendy as he recovers from an ankle injury, but despite Vardy (groin), Morgan (back) and King (shin) missing training on Thursday, Ranieri hopes they’ll be well rested in time for the weekend.
“King, Morgan and Vardy [didn’t train today], but I think tomorrow they will be okay,” said Ranieri.
“Vardy had a little pain in the groin in the first half [against Copenhagen] and he needed a little rest. We just want to be sure he recovers well.
“King had a kick on his shin. I think all three will be okay.”
There was more good news for City with the sight of midfielder Matty James joining in with the first team squad at Belvoir Drive as he builds towards a return to action.
Ranieri added: “Matty James for the first time trained for seven days without pain, it’s fantastic. We need a player like him.
“He is ready to keep going in his training session and maybe next week, not Monday but Friday, maybe he can play with the youth team.”
