Young Foxes, follow in the footsteps of your Premier League heroes this summer by taking part in the LCFC Community Trust’s summer football courses – which take place throughout Leicester.
Starting from Monday 18 July and running throughout the summer holidays, LCFC Community Trust’s summer football courses are designed for four to twelve year olds, and teach participants a range of footballing skills including:
- Heading
- Shooting
- Passing -
Turning
During the courses young players will also learn about team play, helping them to improve as players – while having fun with their peers, and those young players who show promise during the courses have the opportunity to progress through the LCFC Player Pathway with LCFC Academy Scouts present.
Each course is split between those suitable for young Foxes aged four to six, and those suitable for seven to 12 year olds, with courses taking place at the following locations:
- Cedars Academy – 18 July to 22 July, and 22 August to 24 August
- Lutterworth Academy – 18 July to 22 July, and 8 August to 12 August
- Blaby Stokes – 25 July to 29 July
- Newbridge High School – 25 July to 29 July, and 22 August to 24 August
- Hinckley Academy – 25 July to 29 July
- Wigston College – 1 August to 5 August, and 22 August to 24 August
- Quorn Rawlins – 1 August to 5 August
- Bosworth College – 1 August to 5 August
- Beaumont Leys High School – 8 August to 12 August
- Wreake Valley – 8 August to 12 August
- Soar Valley – 15 August to 16 August
