Important Crystal Palace Information

With a sold out away crowd for Leicester City’s trip to Crystal Palace this Saturday (3pm kick-off), the Club has some important information for those attending the game.

Fox Travel:

Supporters using Fox Travel are advised that there will be no parking at King Power Stadium, but free parking will be made available on Raw Dykes Road for those travelling to the game only.

The City Fanstore:

The City Fanstore will be open at an earlier time of 8am on Saturday morning meaning fans can pick up all their last minute purchases, including the new gold strip which will be making its debut at Palace.

Train services:

Because of engineering works to certain lines this weekend, there will be some disruptions to trains which may affect fans travelling to Selhurst Park.

The Club have been advised that Southern Trains will be running the below services:

• Two trains an hour between East Croydon and Norwood Junction.

• Two trains an hour between Victoria and Norwood Junction.

• Two trains an hour between South Bermondsey and Norwood Junction due to London Bridge being shut on the Southern side.

Please note that there are no London Overground Rail Operations Ltd trains running out of Norwood Junction and there will be no Thameslink services between London Bridge and East Croydon.

Car Parking:

There is very limited parking around the stadium and only one car park within walking distance (Sainsbury’s) of Selhurst Park. Supporters are advised that this car park fills up very quickly and that all off street parking is council controlled.

Food and Drink:

The ground is scheduled to open at 1.30pm and alcohol will be served in the concourses. There are also numerous food outlets within the vicinity of the stadium.

Away Pubs:

There are plenty of pubs for away supporters and are generally located in Thornton Heath no more than a fifteen minute walk to the ground. These include:

• The Railway Tavern

• The Flora Sandes (Wetherspoons)

• Thomas Farley

• Prince George
