Leicester City’s FA Cup Fifth Round clash with Aston Villa at Villa Park has been confirmed for Sunday 15 February (KO 12.30pm) and will be broadcast live on BBC One.
The Foxes were paired with Paul Lambert’s Villa after securing a dramatic , and will now look to secure a quarter-final spot at the expense of their midlands rivals. Villa are City’s third straight Barclays Premier League opponent in the competition this season, having already earlier this month.
The match is also a third consecutive home draw for Villa, who beat Blackpool 1-0 in the third round before beating Championship leaders AFC Bournemouth 2-1 to reach the last 16.
City emerged victorious in the last meeting between the two sides – a – however Villa secured in early December.
