David Lloyd Half-Term Visit For King And Kramaric

The Foxes pair paid a visit to the health and fitness club in Carlton Park on Tuesday afternoon to meet members’ families and kids taking part in a half-term activity course.
Greeted by scores of excited families that had been making the most of David Lloyd’s state-of-the-art facilities, Andy and Andrej were only too happy to sign autographs and pose for photographs with young fans (and some older ones too!).
Having become well accustomed to such community visits during his eight years as a professional with City, the outstanding response from young members of the Blue Army was nothing new for Andy. But for Andrej – a Fox for just over four weeks following his January arrival from Croatian side Rijeka – this was an entirely new experience.
“I have been learning a lot since I arrived in Leicester – about my team mates, the Club, the city and its people – so it’s really great to come out and meet some of our young fans,”Andrej told lcfc.com.
“I knew this was a big Club when I decided to come here, but every day I learn more about what it means to people. It’s a big part of the community.”
David Lloyd Leicester Narborough is in its second season as a Leicester City Club Partner and is a regular destination for members of the City first team squad, who frequently make use of the health club’s outstanding facilities as part of their pre and post-match training programmes.
Andy King told lcfc.com: “It’s good to have such good facilities on our doorstep. We’ll quite often use it as a group if we’re in for a cool-down session, or individually on days off if we need to keep ticking over.
“You always see Leicester shirts around the place, especially on kids during the school holidays, so it’s nice to spend some time with them and give a bit back.”
