Kramaric Aiming For Spurs Repeat

Andrej Kramarić is dreaming of a repeat of Leicester City’s FA Cup victory over Tottenham Hotspur when they return to White Hart Lane in the Barclays Premier League on Saturday.
The Croatian striker joined the Foxes in the January transfer window and made his full debut for the side in a morale-boosting 2-1 win at White Hart Lane – late goals from Leo Ulloa and Jeff Schlupp sealing the result.

Results since have remained inconsistent, however performances have raised hopes of a late push for survival and with Kramarić already having two goals to his name, he’s hopefully of securing the win to kick-start the charge.

“A win is important,” Kramaric told Foxes Player. “In every game we want a win but we know we have 10 games left. Tottenham are a very good team and we know it will be a hard game but we have to play the best we can and hopefully take three points.

“The last game there was really good for our confidence, but we know Tottenham will be more motivated now because they lost that game. We have to be careful, play like we’ve played in previous games and hope we can win.”

Kramaric has gained plenty of Premier League minutes since his last trip to White Hart Lane, and he’s banking on it paying dividends in the form of three points on Saturday afternoon.

He added: “I have more experiences now and I hope that this experience will be good on the pitch for me.

“I think we will try to play like last time against Tottenham because we’re interested only in the win as we need points to stay in the league.”
