LCFC Foxes Foundation Raise Vital Funds At Glastonbudget

- Stall kindly donated to LCFC Foxes Foundation as part of ‘Second Million’ campaign fundraising 

- Over £1,000 raised for LCFC Foxes Foundation’s ‘Second Million’ campaign 

LCFC Foxes Foundation spent the Bank Holiday at Glastonbudget – the largest music festival for unsigned bands and tribute acts – to raise funds for the 2015/16 ‘Second Million’ campaign. 

Glastonbudget takes place in Wymeswold, Leicestershire and is the biggest music festival for unsigned bands and tribute acts. This year, some of the acts performing included Absolute Bowie, The Lids and The Insiders. 

Along with a range of unsigned bands and tribute acts at the festival, LCFC Foxes Foundation were also present, having been kindly donated a stall by the festival organisers. 

Throughout the weekend, LCFC Foxes Foundation’s stall invited festival goers to take part in a range of games including target shooting and a speed gun test, which let them measure the speed of their shots on goal. 

Visitors to the stall were also able to buy a range of official Leicester City merchandise, including wigs, flags and face-paint; while throughout the weekend there was also the chance for festival goers to have their photograph taken with Leicester City’s mascot, Filbert Fox. 

Over the weekend, LCFC Foxes Foundation raised £1,000 for their ‘Second Million’ campaign which supports a number of Leicester based charities, including Leicester Hospitals Charity Children’s Appeal, Royal Voluntary Service, Once We Were Soldiers, Warning Zone and the Lord Mayor’s Appeal.
