Leicester City Renew Toyo Tires Partnership

- Japanese company first linked up with the Foxes as a Club Partner last campaign 

- Toyo Tires celebrated its 70th anniversary in August 2015 

Leicester City Football Club is delighted to announce the renewal of their partnership with Toyo Tires, who will again be an official Club Partner for the 2015/16 season. 

Leicester City and Toyo Tires forged a successful partnership last campaign as the Japanese company were supplied with some considerable commercial presence at King Power Stadium, as well as branding on the Club’s first team training wear. 

Now, for the second consecutive season, Toyo Tires, who celebrated its 70th anniversary in August, will see their name proudly presented on one of the biggest stages in sport – the Barclays Premier League. 

Leicester City Commercial Director Ian Flanagan said:“It is a partnership that both the Club and Toyo Tires are extremely proud of given the global exposure that the Barclays Premier League has to offer. 

“It will again give Toyo Tires an excellent opportunity to benefit from expanding their presence in top-flight football, while also allowing them to engage with the Club’s fantastic supporters.” 

Founded in 1945 after establishing a headquarters in Osaka, Japan, Toyo Tires is now one of the world’s leading tyre manufacturers as their products are sold in over 100 countries across the globe. 

Toyo Tires supplied Europe for over three decades before branching out and setting up a permanent place on the continent in 2005 in Willich, Germany. That headquarters now manages all business across the European continent. 

The company’s core aim is the development and manufacture of high performance products, offering a range of patterns and dimensions of summer and winter tyres for cars, vans, SUV and 4x4 vehicles.
