- The Foxes currently lead the Barclays Premier League by seven points with six games to go
After a remarkable debut season with Leicester City so far, manager Claudio Ranieri has scooped the 2016 National Enzo Bearzot Award.
The accolade, named after Italy's 1982 World Cup winning coach, recognises the outstanding work done by Ranieri in his maiden campaign with the Foxes.
A jury including Italian Football Federation President Carlo Tavecchio and representatives from Italian media outlets each casted their vote and Ranieri was announced as the winner on Wednesday.
The award symbolises the stunning season that City have had under Ranieri this term, as they currently sit seven points clear at the top of the Barclays Premier League table with just six games to play.
Established in 2011, previous winners of the award include Cesare Prandelli. Walter Mazzarri, Vincenzo Montella, Carlo Ancelotti and Massimiliano Allegri.
