Ulloa: Play With Intensity

Saturday’s Barclays Premier League clash away at Queens Park Rangers is the main focus for striker Leo Ulloa, who is targeting all three points.
The Foxes failed to find the back of the net against Sunderland last time out, but put in an excellent display, raising hopes that a similar performance against fellow newly-promoted QPR at Loftus Road could yield a much-needed victory.

Top scorer Ulloa started life at Leicester with a bang – scoring five goals in his first five games – and with chances starting to come his way once again, he is focused on taking them against the Rs.

He told Foxes Player: “[Queens Park Rangers] will be a difficult game for us but we can win there. It’s important to start focusing on this game now, and when we’re training, we need to be thinking about controlling the game and be both creative and defensive.

“I think the result [against Sunderland] was okay but we had chances to score. It’s important because we had chances. We played better than we did in our last game, and it’s important for us that we didn’t lose – now we’re focusing on the next game.

“In our last game, we didn’t have any chances so it was important we did [against Sunderland]. We need the same mentality for the next game.

“We controlled the game and it was important that we defended well. Our attacking play with the ball was good and we hope we can do it in the next game, with intensity.”
