Two clean sheets in a row, four points in the bank, no wonder City goalkeeper Chris Weale has every reason to be confident of keeping up the good work.
And he is quick to praise not just the defence in front of him, but the whole side for the recent defensive success.
He said: "I am delighted but it is the team who have kept the clean sheets, that is what we are paid to do. Obviously you have to stay focused and the next game is Reading. If you look at the personalities of the defenders they are all solid. The manager has brought in players to make a good defence."
The Royals are having a bad time, especially at home, so the Foxes will be favourites but things do not always work like that and Weale said: "We are focused on the game. You can't get carried away, it is all about the next game. Football can kick you in the backside so you have to keep doing your job and improve."
"It is about performing on the night. It is a very tough league, every club has good professionals. It is a very tight league but that is the Championship. You know what is going to come and you have to be ready for it. We know they want to get back to winning ways but it is about us performing."
