Leicester City front man Martyn Waghorn believes his time at the club is beneficial not only because he is playing games, but also because it helps him learn from the more experienced strikers at the club.
The twenty year old, who is currently on loan from Sunderland, says training and playing alongside the likes of top scorer Matty Fryatt and Steve Howard is teaching him a lot, particularly as they have such different strengths.
"Matty's a good player to get in behind, score goals and create chances and Stevie's a good hold up player and link man. They are both good players and if I can push on like them I'll be more than happy."
Waghorn has been impressive since arriving at the club, scoring five league goals in only seven starts, a tally he is hoping to add to in Saturday's crucial home match against Newcastle United.
The Magpies are unbeaten in their last thirteen Championship games, but the striker says the prospect of playing the league leaders is an exciting one.
"It's excellent, it's where you want to be, playing the best in the Championship, and trying to move up and play the best in the world.
We're excited and hopefully we can do the business against them and get the three points."
