Bruno Berner has urged his Leicester City teammates to bounce back quickly from the disappointment of failing to beat Doncaster Rovers on Tuesday, with a convincing victory over struggling Scunthorpe on Saturday.
The Foxes were frustrated by Sean O'Driscoll's side in mid-week but the left back says his side mustn't dwell on the stalemate.
"We know we've got another opportunity to win on Saturday, so we need to move on very quickly. We know we had chances to win the game, but it didn't happen for us."
The one positive from Tuesday's result was that it was City's second clean sheet in a row at home, and such an improvement has coincided with Berner's return to the team.
The defender, capped sixteen times by Switzerland, has been impressive on his return to the side and says he is just pleased to be back in action.
"I'm glad to be back, to support the lads and be in the back four again. I'm pleased with the clean sheets and hopefully a few more will follow."
City were frustrated by Scunthorpe earlier in the season as after leading for much of the contest a Martyn Woolford goal deep into injury time salvaged a point for the Irons, and Berner is expecting an equally stern test on Saturday.
"Scunny are a hard to team to play, I think they play decent football and I like playing against them. It'll be a totally different game to Tuesday but we need to be ready."
