Crunch Clash Heading For A Sellout

Posted on: Mon 15 Feb 2010

The City Ticket Office is reporting brisk business ahead of the visit of arch rivals Nottingham Forest on Saturday, February 27 (kick-off 3pm). Sales have already passed the 25,000 mark and with less than a fortnight to go, the club is urging City fans to purchase early to avoid disappointment.

City's Head of Consumer Sales, Chris Tinbergen, said: "Forest at home is probably the one game City fans look forward to more than any other. This season, bearing in mind the respective league positions of ourselves and Forest, there is definitely added excitement.

"We expect Forest to sell their entire away allocation by early this week and we are advising our own supporters to purchase early to avoid disappointment. There is already limited availability in some areas and we expect demand to continue increasing over the next few days."

Tickets are available 24 hours a day online or via email at ticket.sales@lcfc.co.uk. Alternatively, the Main Ticket Office is open between 9am and 5pm Monday to Friday, 9am until 1pm on Saturday and between 10am and 2pm on Sunday.
