Leicester City are preparing to face promotion rivals Nottingham Forest at the Walkers Stadium on Saturday and Foxes' in form defender Jack Hobbs says are in excellent shape ahead of the game.
Tuesday's 1-0 win at Doncaster Rovers was Leicester's seventh game without defeat and Hobbs is pleased with the team's recent efforts.
"The form is pleasing, and a run like this is good for confidence. Hopefully we can take that into Saturday and produce a good performance and get the right result."
City will start the game on Saturday fifth in the Championship after leapfrogging Cardiff City on Tuesday night and Hobbs insists Leicester must try and maintain the momentum against Forest.
"It's nice to be winning games and it's important to try and push on from here. So far so good, now we just need to stay focused."
Hobbs and his defensive colleagues don't have happy memories of their last meeting with Forest, as they suffered a 5-1 defeat back at the City ground in December.
Whilst three points is the most important thing, Hobbs admits Saturday's game does mean that little bit more.
"Everyone knows what happens and we do owe them one. But obviously we've got to make sure that we do the right things prepare well and be ready come Saturday."
