City legend Gary Lineker says he is delighted with City's progress and wishes the boys all the best for the final ten games of the season which may as well extend to promotion play-offs.
Speaking to lcfc.com, the Match of the Day presenter said: "I have watched City on numerous occasions this season - whenever their games have been live on TV."
The Leicester-born football legend who scored nearly 100 goals for the Foxes added: "I have been particularly impressed with some of the performances I have seen. City are in a good position to fight for promotion if they maintain their outstanding team spirit and continue to do well."
Gary was a saviour to the Foxes back in 2003 as the leader of the consortium which safeguarded City out of administration. He has been keeping a close eye on the club that made him throughout the years and says it would be great to see City in the Premier League once again.
