Leicester City have confirmed their third pre-season friendly of the summer; a trip to the Kasam Stadium to play Oxford United on Saturday 24 July (3pm).

Oxford have recently been promoted to npower League Two, following four seasons outside the football league, and start their league campaign away at Burton Albion.

This is the third friendly to be confirmed in City's pre-season programme along with games against Peterborough (July 27^th) and Sunderland (July 31^st).

Leicester and Oxford last met in April 1994, when goals from Mark Blake and Julian Joachim secured a 2-2 draw. Former City man Matt Elliott was on target for Oxford on that day.
