DJ Campbell has completed his move to Premier League new boys Blackpool for an undisclosed fee.
Campbell has been a target for the Seasiders since they won promotion to the Premier League, and finally links up with Ian Holloway at Bloomfield Road.
Campbell had one year of his contract remaining at the Walkers Stadium, but City received an acceptable offer for the former Birmingham City forward and he was allowed to leave the Walkers Stadium.
Campbell, 29, was on loan at Bloomfield Road last season and played a crucial part in helping Blackpool to promotion scoring eleven goals in seventeen appearances including a play-off semi final hat-trick against Nottingham Forest.
The striker returned to Leicester for pre-season and scored in all but one of City's friendlies as well as scoring against Crystal Palace in an opening day defeat.
