Weale has fast become a fans favourite at the Walkers Stadium since signing from Bristol City on a free transfer in the Summer of 2009.
The goalkeeper began his career at Yeovil, making his debut against Hereford United in December 2000. Weale went on to make over 150 appearances for the club before moving to Yeovil's South-West rivals Bristol City in July 2006.
Weale only made ten starts for the Robins, and was an unused substitute in Bristol City's play-off final defeat against Hull in 2008.
In his first season with the Foxes, Weale started all but one match, when he was rested for the final league game of the season against Middlesbrough.
During the 2009/10 campaign Weale kept seventeen clean sheets and was shortlisted for the club's Player of the Year award.
