Andy King joined Leicester City in 2004 and played an instrumental part in Leicester City's academy team who went on to win the FA Premier Academy League in 2007.
King was born in Maidenhead, and has represented Wales at Under-17 and Under-19 levels.
The midfielder signed a two-year contract with the Foxes in the summer of 2007, and went on to make his full debut against Wolverhampton Wanderers in October 2007.
King went on to make a total of 12 starts during his first full senior season and his spectacular strike against Southampton was nominated for the club's goal of the season award.
He has had a key role in City's bid for promotion from League One in 2008-2009 and has bagged crucial and spectacular goals from midfield.
