The 19 year old left-back loanee joined the Foxes on Saturday 29th August until January 2010 from Premier League side Manchester City.
McGivern, who is primarily a left-back, has been capped for Northern Ireland at youth and senior level and is a product of Manchester City's youth academy. He was part of their 2008 FA Youth Cup winning side that triumphed over Chelsea and was then loaned to Morecambe, where he played under former Northern Ireland Manager, Sammy McIlroy.
