German-born and of Ghanaian descent, Jeff is the latest great hope of City's productive academy and is tipped for a bright future at King Power Stadium.
Following a loan spell with Brentford which saw him score six times in nine appearances last season, Schlupp made his first City appearance in a Carling Cup tie at Rotherham in August 2011, becoming the first Foxes debutant in 66 years to score a hat-trick on-debut.
A powerfully-built striker blessed with a remarkable turn of pace, Jeff joined the academy as an 11-year-old and excelled at every level of the Club's youth setup. He played a starring role in the City Under-18 side that became the first in 20 years to reach the quarter-finals of the FA Youth Cup last season, before joining the League 1 Bees in March.
On top of his impressive goal record while with Brentford, Jeff also experienced the atmosphere of a Wembley cup final, when he started for the Bees in the Football League Trophy Final, hitting the post in a 1-0 defeat to Carlisle United.
