Leicester City in the Community is the charitable arm of Leicester City Football Club, transforming the lives of thousands of people in Leicester each year.
Funded by the Premier League Charitable Fund (PLCF), the Premier League Professional Footballers’ Association Community Fund (PL PFA) and other local and national funders, our activities include education, community, and football development opportunities for individuals, groups and communities across Leicester, Leicestershire, and Rutland.
To help positively engage our diverse communities, we continue to grow our staff team through six core values – we engage, inspire, and empower through togetherness, respect, and pride.

From projects in schools helping young people reach their potential, to working with refugees and people seeking asylum and using football to make them feel welcome, to giving young carers the experience of being children outside of their adult responsibilities, to even working with young offenders on probation to develop employability skills, Leicester City in the Community does it all.
We engage with around twelve thousand people annually, using the power and brand of football to improve physical health, mental health and wellbeing, education engagement and employability, and access to meaningful social interaction and new opportunities. For people of all ages, backgrounds and walks of life, we strive to create a place for everyone at Leicester City.
