Established in 1884, Leicester City Football Club is a leading Football Club, achieving outstanding success as Premier League champions in 2016. Following a period of growth, Leicester City Football Club is recruiting a Head of Technical Scouting, to support with the recruitment of scouts and players. 

About the Role

Based at the Club's Training Ground, the main objectives of this role are to focus on the technical aspects regarding scouting coverage and in-depth research to assist with the scouts' recommendation for the recruitment of players.

This will include observing games, conducting opposition match reports and player assessments, organising overseas trips and profiling European players available in foreign countries.

Who We’re Looking For

You will be an excellent communicator with the ability to work under pressure to compile reports and meet specific deadlines.

You will have a minimum of 2 year’s experience of working in professional football at first-team level in an analysis or scouting capacity.

You will hold both under and post-graduate qualifications in Sports Science or a related field and have experience of using video-based editing software to present work to key stakeholders within the organisation.
