Following a period of growth, Leicester City Football Club is recruiting a Mail Order Co-ordinator to process internet orders as quickly and as professionally as possible while maintaining the highest level of customer service at all times.
About The Role
Based at King Power Stadium, the key duties of this role include:
- Processing internet orders on a daily basis
- Processing returns with the specified time frames
- Dealing with customer enquiries and offering high class customer service at all times
- Maintaining the warehouse and office space in a neat and safe manner
- Picking and packing all internet orders whilst ensuring club standards are adhered to
- Keeping the shop website updated at all times
Who We’re Looking For
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and have a polite and professional manner. They will have a willingness to learn new skills and will be able to work well within a team as well as under their own initiative. They will have strong IT skills and will have the desire to drive sales. They will be able to demonstrate previous customer service experience.
