Four Foxes Named In England U21s Squad For European Championships

Leicester City stars Harvey Barnes, Hamza Choudhury, Demarai Gray and James Maddison have all been named in the England U21 squad for this summer’s UEFA European U21 Championship Finals.

- Their first fixture is against France on Tuesday 18 June in Cesena, Italy

The quartet, who have all enjoyed stellar campaigns for the Foxes, will link up with their international team-mates ahead of three group stage fixtures against France, Romania and Croatia next month in Italy and San Marino.

France will be their first opposition in Group C, with a fixture on Tuesday 18 June in Cesena (KO 2000 BST), before a clash with Romania at the same venue on Friday 21 June (KO 1730 BST).

Finally, they will face Croatia in San Marino on Monday 24 June (KO 2000 BST) to conclude the group stages.

The three group winners, plus the highest-ranked runner-up will then advance to the semi-finals, while each of the four semi-finalists will also earn a place for their nation to compete at the 2020 Summer Olympics in Japan.
