Established in 1884, Leicester City Football Club is a leading football club, achieving outstanding success as Premier League champions in 2016. The Club is now continuing to make significant strategic investments across the whole organisation and major expansion plans are in hand. It is an extremely exciting time for Leicester City with plans for a new state-of-the-art 180-acre, £100M training ground, for which the Club is seeking an Assistant Chef.

About The Role

Based at the Club's training ground facility, the key duties of this role include providing catering services to all players, staff and visitors including breakfast, lunch and away travel meals.

The Assistant Chef will manage stock control of food supplies and will order as required. They will prepare all food for First Team away trips ensuring that player requirements are met.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating high quality meals with an eye for detail.

They will be able to cope well under pressure, working flexibly to meet the requirements of the fast paced training ground environment.

They will work under their own initiative whilst being able to thrive from working as part of a team.

Contract Type – Permanent
Hours Per Week – full time, including unsocial hours, weekends and evenings
