Leicester City’s six-day training camp in Évian-les-Bains came to a close on Saturday ahead of their opening fixture of pre-season.
- Leicester City fly back to England after their eighth training session in Évian
- The Foxes have been in France since Sunday preparing for the new campaign
- Brendan Rodgers’ side face Scunthorpe United in the first of six pre-season games
There was still time for a session in the morning as the Foxes faced off in a competitive, high-tempo 11-a-side match.
That took City’s on-pitch training tally to eight outings in total, with Thursday’s gym and pool day sandwiched in between.
The Foxes get their pre-season fixture schedule underway on Tuesday, when they head to Glanford Park to face Scunthorpe United (7:30pm BST kick-off).
Live coverage of the game will be available on LCFC TV from 7pm BST, with commentary coming from John Dunn and Gerry Taggart.
