- Khun Top took the total up to £60,000 for Birch’s End of Season Run
- Funds to go towards The Vichai Srivaddhanaprabha Foundation

Khun Top surprised Leicester City’s Club Ambassador with a special cheque presentation at half-time of the Foxes’ Premier League opener with Wolverhampton Wanderers, with all money going towards the Vichai Srivaddhanaprabha Foundation.

The Blue Army, whose generosity has already taken the total beyond £50,000 at last season’s finale against Chelsea, gave an incredible reception to Khun Top, who was welcomed to King Power Stadium for the very first time as Chairman.

Over £1M has been raised by the Birch during his annual runs, which saw its 39th edition last season. Now, fundraising has again been kick started by further generosity from the Srivaddhanaprabha family, whose donations to the VS Foundation as well as the local community run into the millions.

Under its new name, The Vichai Srivaddhanaprabha Foundation will continue to be a source of support for causes in Leicestershire, Rutland and beyond, reflecting the late Chairman’s famous generosity to a remarkable spectrum of beneficiaries.
