- Hirst says City's Under-23s must be composed in the capital to seal a positive result

The 20-year-old striker, who scored in the 2-0 win at Wolves last time out, believes getting off the mark before the international break will give City's youngsters confidence.

Leicester head into the encounter in seventh place in Premier League 2 Division 1, while the Gunners are sat in second after winning two and drawing two of their opening four fixtures.

Speaking to LCFC TV ahead of the Club's Under-23s' latest outing, Hirst revealed how the squad is determined to remain composed in the capital in order to secure a positive result.

Watch back the goals as Leicester City's Development Squad sealed their opening win of the 2019/20 season at Wolves.

"You look around this league and there’s not a weak team in it," he said. "That’s why they’re in the top league. We’ve had a little bit of time to prepare.

"We weren’t perfect at Wolves, everyone in there knows that. We’re not getting carried away with ourselves, it’s only the first win of the season.

"We’ve had a few weeks to work on something to then go down to Emirates Stadium and take on a good Arsenal side."

We can probably tidy up on the ball a little bit, and we'll play against some good teams, so we’re going to have to do that, but that’s the bare minimum now.

While delighted to seal victory at Wolves, Hirst believes there are aspects to City's play which require improvement if they are to enjoy a successful 2019/20 season.

"We can probably tidy up on the ball a little bit, and we'll play against some good teams, so we’re going to have to do that, but that’s the bare minimum now."

Please note, Saturday's fixture will unfortunately not be broadcast live on LCFC TV due to a clash in date with the first team's match at Manchester United.
