Midfielder King, who has won the League 1, Championship and Premier League titles with Leicester City, came off the bench to help Rangers seal a 3-1 win over Livingston in the Scottish Premiership.

Steven Gerrard’s outfit had to recover from Steven Lawless’ early penalty, as strikes from captain James Tavernier, Alfredo Morelos and Brandon Barker saw the hosts get back to winning ways following an Old Firm loss to Celtic.

Fellow Academy graduate Knight was also victorious on Saturday, when his Peterborough United outfit surged to a 6-0 triumph over Rochdale in League 1.

Knight played 90 minutes as a hat-trick from Ivan Toney, Marcus Maddison’s brace and Mo Eisa’s 34th-minute effort sent Peterborough sixth in the table following a fourth-straight win.

The Wales international has been involved in three victories for Rangers this term.

Denmark youth international Iversen was another Fox to play from start to finish in a convincing 6-1 League 1 victory over Bolton Wanderers.

The Millers fell behind after just four minutes, but doubles from Freddie Ladapo and Carlton Morris and efforts from Ben Wiles and Jake Hastie sealed the points for Iversen’s side.

Loft, meanwhile, was introduced late on for Carlisle United in their 3-2 win at Stevenage United in League 2.

Having scored the winner against Scunthorpe United last time out, Loft came on in injury time as Harry McKirdy struck twice and Nathan Thomas was on target for Loft’s outfit.

Layton Ndukwu, another of the Football Club’s youngsters, came off the bench to help Southend United to a 3-3 draw with Fleetwood Town.

Stephen Humphrys netted with three minutes to play to ensure Southend claimed their first League 1 point in seven outings in all competitions.

Islam Slimani – the scorer of two goals against Strasbourg earlier this month – and Adrien Silva both featured in AS Monaco’s 4-3 loss to Marseille.

Silva was brought on with just over 21 minutes to play and Slimani played the full 90 minutes, but the City duo couldn’t prevent their side from falling to a defeat in Ligue 1.

Diabaté, meanwhile, was handed his full debut for Amiens, who secured a late 2-2 draw with seven-time Ligue 1 champions Lyon.

Kamal Sowah continued his impressive involvement at Belgian Proximus League side OH Leuven by notching up his first 90 minutes of the season on Saturday.

Having scored three times as a substitute this campaign, Sowah played from start to finish during the 1-1 draw with Royale Union Saint-Gilloise.

Finally, Rachid Ghezzal was an unused substitute during Fiorentina’s goalless Serie A draw with Italian giants Juventus, while Sam Hughes did not feature during Salford City’s 2-0 loss to Cheltenham Town.
