Foxes duo Dennis Praet and Youri Tielemans share a joke with their Belgium team-mates in training last week.

While Foxes team-mate Youri Tielemans, who found the net last week, was absent after becoming a father for the second time, Praet was thoroughly impressive for Roberto Martínez's men.

The Leuven-born midfielder, on his fifth appearance, made his mark after just 21 minutes in Nur-Sultan, playing a wonderful pass across goal for Michy Batshuayi, before Thomas Meunier added another.

Elsewhere, defensive midfielder Wilfred Ndidi's 33rd cap for Nigeria came in a 1-1 draw with five-time world champions Brazil, an entertaining international friendly staged in Singapore.

Midfielder Wilfred Ndidi played the full 90 minutes for Nigeria in Singapore.

Joe Aribo fired the Super Eagles ahead with a close-range finish 10 minutes before the break, only for Casemiro to level it with three minutes after the interval at Singapore National Stadium in Kallang.

Later in the day, City goalkeeper Danny Ward was unused in Wales' EURO qualifier against beaten 2018 World Cup finalists Croatia at Cardiff City Stadium, which ended in a 1-1 draw.
