City climbed to second in the table with their fifth consecutive victory in all competitions, courtesy of wonderful second-half goals from Jamie Vardy and James Maddison.
As a result, the Foxes are currently enjoying their best-ever start to a Premier League season and have won eight of their 12 fixtures so far in the 2019/20 campaign.
Reflecting on their latest success, Maddison, 22, pointed to the close-knit nature of the squad as they continue to earn praise for their swashbuckling style of football under Brendan Rodgers.
"There’s such a good feel around the Club at the minute, from the top down, everyone involved," he told LCFC TV. "We’ve got a real balance to the team and the squad at the minute.

"We’re all enjoying it and we’re all working hard for each other and the results are coming, so long may that continue!
"We’re all in it together, there’s such a good feel at this club and I say it all the time because I mean it.
"We’re all doing it for each other and for the feeling of winning today and, in the changing room afterwards, everyone had a smile on their face.
"The manager's happy with everything we’ve worked on this week and we put it into practice – so there isn’t a much better feeling than that!"
Maddison also revelled in the occasion on Saturday as the eyes of the football world watched on as Leicester secured an impressive result against Unai Emery's side.

"You should never take for granted playing in the Premier League, never mind scoring, especially in big games like this," he continued.
"I’ll never forget my roots of being a young lad coming through League 1 and playing in Scotland and in the Championship.
"When you experience moments like that, scoring in the Premier League for Leicester City, you have to sometimes just take it in.
"It was just raw emotion and I’m really happy with it."
