Muskwe: Pick Up Our Amazing Form

Striker Admiral Muskwe speaks ahead of Monday's clash between Leicester City's Development Squad and Dinamo Zagreb - live on LCFC TV.

"Dinamo Zagreb will have a different philosophy to what we have and they’ll go about playing their football differently to how we do.

"So, it’s learning how different teams do their stuff and adapting our game to it."

City defeated Villarreal in their Group A opener, but following a loss at Arsenal, must now seal a victory over Dinamo to stand a chance of progressing as one of two best-placed runners-up.

"The Arsenal game was a big blip for us," he added. "I guess we’ve just got to do whatever we can on Monday night and hope that other results go in our favour."

Before then, the Foxes embarked on an incredible run of form, losing just twice in 16 matches, and winning 12 in 13 to climb the Premier League 2 standings and reach the Leasing.com Trophy's latter stages.

Every footballer wants to play every game, so I just look at it as another game, another opportunity to win, develop my game, get some goals and assists and help the team.

"The feeling was amazing, to be honest," Muskwe said. "A happy dressing room is always translated onto the pitch and I feel as though we’re good together off the pitch and that showed on the pitch.

"To win 12 games out of 13, I think at any level, is a huge feat and something that we were really proud of.

"I feel as though I’ve had a good season and I just hope to continue that, continue helping the team win games by providing goals and assists.
