With the safety of our supporters and employees of paramount importance during the current pandemic, the Club has taken the decision to close the Foxes Fanstore and City Sales Centre until it is deemed safe to reopen. Regrettably, this also means that Click & Collect is currently unavailable.
All other online services remain operational, as normal, as the Club continues to work hard to deliver orders to supporters safely.
Supporters should be assured that our couriers are strictly adhering to social distancing advice, for the safety of all concerned.
All late returns will be honoured in-store for a period of 14 days from when the Foxes Fanstore reopens. Please keep your receipt as proof of purchase.
The Club will make additional exceptions on a case by case basis, where necessary.
Those who wish to return orders by post should contact shop@lcfc.co.uk for a returns form.
Any online purchases from March 17 2020 will have an extended returns policy of 60 days from delivery.
