Reception Manager

Leicester City is recruiting a Reception Manager to be responsible for developing and leading a small reception team at the new training ground.

About The Role

Based at Leicester City’s new world class training ground, the role will be responsible for developing and leading a small reception (front of house) team to deliver a service that is consistent with the high standards of this exemplary venue.

The postholder will be responsible for developing and embedding ways of working for the new reception team, ensuring that all staff, visitors and guests receive the highest level of care service upon arrival at the venue and while using the facilities. 

Reporting to the Head of Operations, the postholder will work closely with colleagues across the training ground’s operational teams to ensure seamless delivery of the venue on a day-to-day basis. 

Who We’re Looking For

The Club is looking for a highly-skilled leader who is comfortable developing new procedures while also leading and supporting a team to deliver the high standards they expect of themselves.

As well as possessing high-level administrative skills, the Club is seeking an individual with excellent communication skills as well as confidence in their ability to prioritise, problem-solve and make decisions. 

As well as having a keen eye for detail and effectiveness at making things happen, the successful postholder will lead the way in offering the highest level of customer service to all staff and visitors so all users of our new training ground have an unbeatable experience at Leicester City.

– Hours Per Week – 37.5 hours worked on a rota basis, including weekends and evenings.
