- Eight strikes nominated for Leicester City's Goal of the Month award in September

Voted for by Blue Army, each month will see figures from the Club's first team, Development Squad and LCFC Women go head-to-head for the prize.

Following an encouraging start to 2020/21 for Brendan Rodgers' men, sitting third in the Premier League, five of the nominees come from Leicester's first team in September.

New signing Timothy Castagne's effort during the opening day 3-0 success at West Bromwich Albion is included, as are efforts in a 4-2 win over Burnley from Harvey Barnes and Dennis Praet.

Jamie Vardy's audacious finish in the 5-2 victory at Manchester City and James Maddison's superb curler complete the first team's representation among this month's nominees.

LCFC Women star Natasha Flint makes two appearances, for a brace in a 3-0 triumph over Blackburn Rovers Ladies, while Mitch Clark's stunner in a 2-0 win at Manchester United U23s completes the list.
