IT Support Technician

About The Role

Working at Leicester City’s new world-class training facility and King Power Stadium, this is an exciting opportunity for a passionate IT specialist to gain experience of working in a fast paced, dynamic industry where two days are never the same.

The successful candidate will be a core member of the IT Team, providing first and some second line support to all users within the LCFC Training Ground and King Power Stadium. You will be required to support with troubleshooting system and basic network problems, diagnosing and solving faults and the installation and configuration of hardware and software.

 

You will be able to demonstrate and support users in the use of computer equipment and software by providing necessary training and advice. This requires strong communication and customer service skills, ensuring an excellent service is provided to all users. 

Who We’re Looking For

The ideal candidate will have excellent IT skills with experience of using Windows, Mac OX, iOS, Android operating systems, preferably in a business environment. You will possess strong time management skills and have a flexible approach to work. 

Working within a multi-skilled team, there is plenty of opportunity to gain specialist experience and develop your skills. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent IT graduate or qualified apprentice looking to start their career in IT. Alternatively, if you have IT experience and are looking for a new challenge, we want to hear from you.

Salary – Competitive salary dependent on experience and skills, plus club benefits

Contract Type – Permanent
Hours Per Week - 
37.5hrs - The IT department operate from Monday – Friday 8am – 6pm and during matchdays

Location – The post holder will work at both King Power Stadium and Leicester City Training Ground (Seagrave) on a rota basis.
