City's UEFA Europa League journey continues with a trip to the Slavutych Arena in Zaporizhzhia, where they will come up against Ukraine Super League outfit, Zorya.

There has been a youthful look to the Foxes line-up so far this season, due to injuries and the hectic schedule, giving several homegrown talents the chance to shine on the European stage.

With top spot in Group G up for grabs, Morgan knows it is important they do not take their foot of the gas in the remaining two group stage fixtures.

"They are fantastic talents in their own right, their future is going to be very bright," the Foxes skipper commented during Wednesday's pre-match press conference. "They are going to achieve a lot in their careers.

It's a pleasure to witness such a young talent blossoming and not taking time to settle in. I think you can see from his performances how good he can be and for me, he can only get better.

"If I was playing at that level at that age, I would be delighted. It's took me a lot longer to get there but that just shows you how good and how talented these young guys are.

"It's a pleasure to watch them in training, it's a pleasure to watch them on the field and producing the goods. Some of the goals and some of the immense magic that they're capable of blows my mind.

"Hopefully we can still continue to produce the likes of them."

Morgan spoke about the emergence of 19-year-old French centre-back Wesley Fofana, or 'Little Wes', as he is affectionately known, and the impact he has had on the defence since joining from AS Saint-Étienne in October.

"I think he's done fantastic," he said of his namesake. "He's not had much time to settle in, he's gone straight into the starting lineup, but he's not put a foot wrong ever since he's been involved in the squad, which is fantastic.

"There have been so many games so there's not been much time to train and work on things on the training field, but he's took to the Premier League like a duck to water, I'd say.

"It's a pleasure to witness such a young talent blossoming and not taking time to settle in. I think you can see from his performances how good he can be and, for me, he can only get better.

Morgan played alongside his namesake Wesley Fofana during City's home victory over SC Braga.

"It's his first season and he's playing at such a high standard already, the only way is up for him, so I predict a very bright future for him."

The 36-year-old also explained how the team has continued to blossom despite the absence of key players and admitted he is looking forward to welcoming Ricardo Pereira back into the first team set-up after a long injury lay-off.

The title-winner continued: "We all know what Ricardo can do, for me he's one of the best players in our team. What he does in his position, he creates so many opportunities for the likes of Vards (Jamie Vardy) and the other forwards.

"He's been a miss and the boys that have stepped into his place have done great, which is fantastic, but to have someone of his calibre coming back just elevates our team to the top, top level which we can aspire to.

"It's great to see him back. He had a tough injury to get over but he's been working hard and he's been looking fantastic in training so he's ready to join the team now."
