The young Foxes, who qualified from a group including Hull City, Harrogate Town and Grimsby Town, recently sealed a penalty shootout victory at Salford City.
Keith Hill’s Tranmere, meanwhile, secured their place in the next stage with a 2-1 win over Manchester City Under-21s.
