Facilities Manager - LCFC Training Ground

Based at the new, world-class LCFC Training Ground, this role is responsible for the efficient operation of the site’s facilities via the engaging leadership of the maintenance department and strategic management of third party contractors.

About the role

You will support the development of the maintenance team, ensuring they have the correct level of skills and technical capabilities to meet operational and legislative obligations.

Supporting the Head of Operations, and in close liaison with key management colleagues, the role will ensure that high standards are maintained at the venue to ensure a world-class working environment is available for all Club staff and visitors to the facility.

You will be required to build strong relationships, not only within the Club but with key external suppliers, manage contractual SLAs and provide appropriate feedback when required.

In partnership with the Head of Operations, you will coordinate and plan projects, ensuring all projects are completed to a high standard through managing the building and maintenance activities.

                                                                           

Who we’re looking for

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in facilities management, with demonstrable experience of managing a team of multi-skilled maintenance technicians.

Strong interpersonal and leadership skills are essential, with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse and demanding group users.

You will have an in-depth understanding of legislation, policies and procedures relating to the role and have experience of using building management systems.

You will be organised with the ability to multi-task and perform well under pressure, with the ability to meet stringent deadlines.
