Our team of Security Officers are responsible for ensuring the safety and security of the stadium while providing a world-class security service to all staff, customers and guests attending the venue.

About the role

Based at Leicester City Football Club’s King Power Stadium, our team of Security Officers are responsible for ensuring the safety and security of the stadium while providing a world-class security service to all staff, customers and guests attending the venue. 

Providing a 24/7 service, our Security Officers are responsible for undertaking routine checks of designated entrances, gates and the venue perimeter via patrols and through the monitoring of CCTV.  Other key responsibilities include ensuring the health, safety and wellbeing of all who visit the site while also ensuring that only authorised personnel access restricted areas.

 

Who we’re looking for

In addition to their security experience (possession of an SIA qualification is essential), the ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate their ability to offer a high level of customer service in this prominent, front-facing role. 

We’re looking for an individual who can deliver an exceptional welcome to the diverse range of people who attend the Club’s venues, yet is also confident in their ability to problem-solve and deal with difficult situations.

The successful candidate will possess strong interpersonal and leadership skills, be able to multi-task and perform well under pressure.

Additionally, we’re looking for somebody with the flexibility to work a shift pattern that includes nights and weekend working.
