FA Cup Final: Consent Form Deadline 5pm On Tuesday 11 May

- All supporters attending the Emirates FA Cup Final must complete an online consent form
- The deadline for completing the form is 5pm on Tuesday 11 May

This form, which confirms acceptance of participation in the Government’s Events Research Programme (ERP), must be completed before the deadline in order for supporters to be permitted to attend.

If consent forms and the ERP’s admission requirements are not completed, access to Wembley Stadium will be denied. Failure to complete the consent form by 5pm on Tuesday 11 May will result in a supporter’s ticket purchase being cancelled and the Club shall be entitled to resell the ticket(s).
