LCFC Women defender Sophie Howard has been selected in the Scotland Women’s National Squad for their upcoming international friendly matches in June.

Howard, 27, will be looking to add to her 20 international caps when Stuart McLaren’s side take on two of the home nations later this month.
Scotland are scheduled to face Northern Ireland at Seaview Stadium in Belfast on Thursday 10 June (7pm kick-off), before tackling Wales at Parc y Scarlets in Llanellii on Tuesday 15 June (7:15pm kick-off).
The experienced defender is set to meet up the rest of the squad on Monday 7 June, with the camp running until Wednesday 16 June.
