The Foxes entertain the Seagulls in the fourth round in a 7:45pm kick-off on Filbert Way after overcoming Millwall last time out in the competition, while the visitors have so far defeated Welsh duo Cardiff City and Swansea City.
From 6:15pm, the Matchday Live coverage begins with presenter Dan Bates set to be accompanied by former Leicester stars Gerry Taggart and Dean Hammond for 90 minutes of pre-match previews and analysis, alongside ex-captain Matt Elliott.
Elliott will join John Dunn in the pressbox on Filbert Way from 7:35pm to provide live and free commentary of the cup clash with Graham Potter's outfit, before another half an hour of reaction follows. All pre and post-match coverage will be on @LCFC social media, while the Match Centre houses commentary.
Foxes fans will also be able to find match highlights and post-match interviews with City figures in the hours following full-time in Leicester.
